Preparation method of three-dimensional ordered porous silicon carbide ceramic with double-type pore structure
The preparation method of the three-dimensional ordered porous silicon carbide ceramic with the double-type pore structure is characterized by comprising the following steps: self-assembling SiO2 nanospheres into a three-dimensional ordered template; pouring a polymethylsilane dispersion liquid into a container in which the template is positioned, and dipping; crosslinking the obtained product in an oxygen-containing atmosphere; performing heat treatment in an inert atmosphere; and dipping in hydrofluoric acid, and cleaning to obtain the product. According to the invention, the three-dimensional ordered porous SiC ceramic with a double-type pore structure and a high specific surface area can be prepared, so that the three-dimensional ordered porous material can be used in high-temperature, oxidized and corrosive environments.
具有双型孔结构的三维有序多孔碳化硅陶瓷的制备方法,其特征在于,将SiO2纳米球自组装成三维有序的模板;将聚甲基硅烷分散液倒入所述模板所在的容器中,浸渍;所得产物在含氧气氛中进行交联;在惰性气氛中热处理;在氢氟酸中浸渍,清洗干净,即成。本发明能制备出具有双型孔结构、高比表面积、三维有序的多孔SiC陶瓷,使三维有序多孔材料可用于高温、氧化,腐蚀环境中。
