Method for preparing three-dimensional ordered porous silicon carbide with double-type pore structure
The invention relates to a method for preparing three-dimensional ordered porous silicon carbide with a double-type pore structure, which comprises the following steps: uniformly dispersing SiO2 nanospheres with uniform diameter in a solvent, self-assembling to form a three-dimensional ordered template, removing the solvent, and drying; pouring a polycarbosilane precursor dispersion liquid into a container in which the template is positioned, dipping, and removing the solvent; performing crosslinking in an oxygen-containing atmosphere; performing ceramization in an inert atmosphere; performing heat treatment in an oxidizing atmosphere; and dipping and cleaning in hydrofluoric acid to obtain the target ceramic. According to the invention, the three-dimensional ordered porous SiC ceramic with a double-type pore structure and a high specific surface area can be prepared, so that the three-dimensional ordered porous material can be used in high-temperature, oxidized and corrosive environments.
