The invention provides a novel variable-stiffness TMD (tuned mass damper) device and method, and the device is mounted on a controlled structure and comprises at least one of a locking device, a first variable-stiffness assembly and a second variable-stiffness assembly; the locking device is arranged on the end side of the first variable stiffness assembly or the second variable stiffness assembly in the height direction, and the locking device is locked with or separated from the first variable stiffness assembly or the second variable stiffness assembly. The electromagnet is adopted to output force to lock the movable piston rod and/or the fixed connecting rod, so that whether the variable-stiffness spring participates in work or not is determined, the frequency of the TMD vibration reduction device is the same as that of a controlled structure, and the first variable-stiffness assembly mode has the advantages of being large in stiffness change range, large in working frequency and the like; the requirement for the installation contact area of the TMD vibration reduction device is small by adopting the second variable stiffness assembly mode, the two variable stiffness assembly modes can be selected to be comprehensively applied, the TMD vibration reduction device is suitable for more structural working conditions, it is guaranteed that the structure has the good vibration reduction effect, and the vibration reduction efficiency of the controlled structure is improved.
本发明提供一种新型变刚度TMD减振装置及减振方法,装置安装于被控结构上,包括:抱死装置、第一变刚度组件以及第二变刚度组件中的至少一种;抱死装置设置在第一变刚度组件或第二变刚度组件的高度方向端侧,抱死装置与第一变刚度组件或第二变刚度组件抱死或分离。本发明采用电磁铁出力抱死活动活塞杆和/或固定连接杆,从而决定变刚度弹簧是否参与工作,使TMD减振装置频率与被控结构频率相同,采用第一变刚度组件方式具有刚度变化范围大,工作频率多等特点;采用第二种变刚度组件方式对TMD减振装置的安装接触面积要求较小,可选择将两种变刚度组件方式综合应用,适用于更多结构工况,保证结构具有良好减振效果,提升被控结构减振效率。
