The invention discloses a groove-pressing reserving device for a toilet reverse ridge water supply pipe and a construction method of the groove-pressing reserving device. The groove-pressing reserving device for the toilet reverse ridge water supply pipe comprises a side formwork, a groove-pressing plate and a fixing pin.
