The water stop system comprises a surface layer water stop system and a middle layer water stop system. The surface water stop system comprises a polyurea coating, tire base cloth, elastic filler, a V-shaped groove and a rubber rod; the V-shaped groove is located in the top end of the structural joint. The rubber rod is arranged in the V-shaped groove; the V-shaped groove is filled with the elastic filler; the elastic filler is coated with the polyurea coating, and the tire base cloth is compounded in the polyurea coating; the middle-layer water stopping system comprises a grouting type rubber water stopping belt, a grouting pipe, an inverted filter type film bag, a fixing plate, a detachable grouting connector and a pressing-sealing assembly; the two ends of the groutable rubber waterstop are connected with the fixing plates; an opening in the end of the inverted filter type film bag is sealed to the end of the groutable rubber waterstop, the detachable grouting connector is arranged on the fixing plate and extends out of the inverted filter type film bag, and a pressing-sealing assembly is arranged at the joint of the detachable grouting connector and the inverted filter type film bag. And one end of the grouting pipe is connected to the inverted filter type film bag. The composite water stop system is simple in structure, convenient to install, high in integrity and low in cost.
