The two pile cap plates are used for sealing the bottom of the prefabricated pipe pile in the process of sinking the prefabricated pipe pile into a soil layer; positioning notches are formed in the tops of the steel pipe piles; the pile feeder comprises a plurality of pile feeding sections; a threaded concave step is arranged at the bottom of the pile feeding section, and a threaded convex step is arranged at the top of the pile feeding section; the threaded convex step is used for clamping the threaded concave step or the positioning notch; the pile feeding section is used for connecting the hooping device and the steel pipe pile. The bearing capacity of the pipe pile can be improved through the steel pipe pile, the long-term bearing capacity of the constructed steel pipe pile can be calculated through the final pressure value, and calculation is convenient.
