The invention relates to the technical field of rainwater collection, in particular to a regional rainwater collection system which comprises a water collection area, a conveying system, a treatment system, a storage system and a recovery system. The water collecting area comprises a plurality of water collecting grooves formed in the top of the high-rise residence; the conveying system comprises a plurality of pipelines connected with the water collecting tank and water pump assemblies distributed at the bottom of the high-rise residence, the pipelines are connected with the water pump assemblies, and the drainage ends of the water pump assemblies are connected with the treatment system through the pipelines; the storage system comprises a water storage tank distributed in a basement of the high-rise housing, and the water storage tank is used for storing the rainwater treated by the treatment system. The treatment pond is matched with the filter plate to filter and remove impurities in rainwater entering the filter pond, the filter plate is driven to ascend in the treatment pond by utilizing buoyancy of a water body, impurities in the rainwater are pushed to the top of the treatment pond, and the impurities on the filter plate are further pushed into the collection box in a centralized manner by further matching with the scraper, so that subsequent treatment by a user is facilitated.
