The invention relates to an irrigation and drainage system with a desilting function. Comprising trash holding rods, a cleaning mechanism and a recycling mechanism, and the trash holding rods are each of an arc-shaped structure and are evenly installed in a main irrigation and drainage canal; the cleaning mechanism is mounted on the inner sides of the trash holding rods and comprises a bottom frame, a rotating shaft and cleaning plates, the rotating shaft is rotationally mounted on the bottom frame, and the cleaning plates corresponding to the trash holding rods are uniformly mounted on the rotating shaft in the circumferential direction; the recycling mechanism is installed on the outer side of the trash holding rod and used for receiving trash swept by the cleaning mechanism, the recycling mechanism comprises a recycling plate and scraping plates, the recycling plate is of an arch structure, and the two sides of the recycling plate are each slidably connected with one scraping plate capable of doing reciprocating motion. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the arc-shaped trash holding rod is arranged for holding trash, and the cleaning mechanism is correspondingly arranged for automatically cleaning the trash at the trash holding rod, so that trash accumulation is avoided, and the convenience of the cleaning process is improved.
