The invention relates to a wind power tower anchoring assembly, a wind power tower anchoring foundation and a manufacturing and using method thereof, the wind power tower anchoring assembly comprises an upper anchor plate, a lower anchor plate, a sleeve, a protective cage and an anchoring part, the anchoring foundation is formed by matching a gravity bearing platform and the wind power tower anchoring assembly, and the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate are arranged at the top and the bottom of the gravity bearing platform for bearing a wind power tower respectively; the sleeves are arranged on the upper portion of the lower anchor plate and connected with and support the upper anchor plate, the protection cage is embedded in the gravity bearing platform and combined with the gravity bearing platform to protect the sleeves, anchor cables in the anchoring parts are flexible columnar steel nooses and can penetrate into or be pulled out of the sleeves, one ends of the anchor cables are fixed to the bottom of the lower anchor plate through anchor heads, and the other ends of the anchor cables are fixed to the lower portion of the lower anchor plate. The other end of the anchor cable penetrates out of the upper anchor plate and then is connected with a flange plate at the bottom of the tower so that the tower can be anchored to the gravity bearing platform. The flexible characteristic of the anchor cable is utilized, meanwhile, the defects of the existing application technology are overcome, the structure is simplified, the cost is saved, the manufacturing efficiency can be improved, and maintenance and updating are convenient.
