The invention discloses an all-in-one mold suitable for UHPC transformer substation beam column joint pouring and a using method of the all-in-one mold. The all-in-one mold comprises a mold base and four sets of baffle assemblies. The die holder is formed by splicing four die plates which are distributed in a square shape; the template comprises an L-shaped main template and a pair of L-shaped auxiliary templates; the pair of auxiliary templates are vertically formed at the upper parts of the pair of vertical plates of the main template respectively; the four main templates form a square column-shaped upright column cavity in the vertical direction; the four pairs of auxiliary templates form four cross beam cavities in the horizontal direction; the four cross beam cavities are respectively communicated with the upper parts of the stand column cavities; the baffle assemblies are in one-to-one correspondence with the cross beam cavities and are used for sealing communicating ports of the cross beam cavities and the stand column cavities; the baffle assemblies are selectively and detachably installed in the corresponding cross beam cavities. Pouring of multiple different beam-column joints can be achieved through one formwork, the operation convenience is improved, and therefore the construction efficiency is improved.
