The invention discloses an intelligent grouting integrated pumping equipment system and a control method thereof. The control system comprises an intelligent feeder, an intelligent stirrer, an intelligent pumping device and a system main controller. The intelligent feeder comprises a discharging controller, a plurality of material hoppers and a discharging mechanism, and a first gravity sensor is arranged below each material hopper; the intelligent stirrer comprises a stirring controller, a stirring mechanism, a first torque sensor and a second gravity sensor; the intelligent pumping device comprises a grouting controller, a grouting pipe, a grouting mechanism, a pressure sensor and a second torque sensor; and the system main controller is connected with the intelligent feeder, the intelligent stirrer and the intelligent pumping device. According to the method, the quality problems that construction is low in site manual stirring grouting material efficiency, the site manual stirring grouting material mixing ratio is not accurate or time control is not reasonable, and consequently the workability of the grouting material is poor are solved, and the intelligent construction efficiency of grouting of the assembly type building component joint sleeve connecting hole is improved.
本发明公开了一种智能化注浆一体化泵送装备系统及其控制方法,控制系统包括:智能加料器、智能搅拌器、智能泵送器以及系统主控制器。智能加料器包括下料控制器、若干材料斗以及下料机构,其中,每个材料斗下方均设置第一重力传感器;智能搅拌器包括搅拌控制器、搅拌机构、第一力矩传感器以及第二重力传感器;智能泵送器包括注浆控制器、注浆管、注浆机构、压力传感器以及第二力矩传感器;系统主控制器与智能加料器、智能搅拌器以及智能泵送器均连接。本发明解决了现场人工搅拌注浆材料低效施工,现场人工搅拌注浆材料配合比不精准或时间控制不合理,导致注浆材料和易性差的质量问题,提升了装配式建筑构件节点套管连接孔口注浆智能化施工效率。
