The underwater equipment comprises a main body platform, a mechanical claw, a clamping device and a cable take-up and pay-off device, the mechanical claw comprises claw hands which can be controlled to be opened and closed and is configured to be capable of carrying a target object, and the clamping device is installed on the main body platform and is configured to be detachably connected with the mechanical claw and control the mechanical claw; the cable take-up and pay-off device comprises a first cable which can be controlled to be taken up and released, and the first cable is configured to be connected with a target object. According to the underwater equipment, the target object can be placed at the target position through simple steps, and the process is simple, efficient and convenient to operate; for example, under the condition that the target object is the explosive ordnance disposal device, the underwater equipment can place the explosive ordnance disposal device on the elastic body so as to realize accurate explosive ordnance disposal.
