Preparation method of high-permeability TPMS structural ceramic membrane
The invention discloses a preparation method of a TPMS structural ceramic membrane with high air permeability. The TPMS structural ceramic membrane is prepared by taking the ceramic slurry as a raw material and adopting photocuring 3D printing forming and high-temperature sintering. A digital model of a TPMS structural ceramic membrane is constructed on the basis of a three-period TPMS structure, the ceramic membrane is composed of a TPMS porous structure supporting body and a thickness-controllable separation layer, and the TPMS structural supporting body prepared through 3D printing remarkably reduces the permeation resistance of the ceramic membrane through high porosity and low pore channel tortuosity of the TPMS structural supporting body. The TPMS structural ceramic membrane is formed at a time through photocuring 3D printing and formed through one-time sintering, the preparation period is effectively shortened, and sintering energy consumption is reduced. The prepared TPMS structural ceramic membrane is high in air permeability, uniform and controllable in pore structure and good in stability in a high-temperature environment, and an efficient material is provided for high-temperature gas dust removal.
本发明公开了一种高透气性TPMS结构陶瓷膜的制备方法。以陶瓷浆料为原料,采用光固化3D打印成型和高温烧结,制备得到TPMS结构陶瓷膜。基于三周期极小曲面(TPMS)结构,构建了一种TPMS结构陶瓷膜的数字模型,该陶瓷膜由TPMS多孔结构支撑体和厚度可控的分离层组成,其中3D打印制备的TPMS结构支撑体以其高孔隙率、低孔道曲折度显著降低了陶瓷膜的渗透阻力。TPMS结构陶瓷膜通过光固化3D打印一次成型,一次烧结成型,有效缩短了制备周期,降低了烧结能耗。本发明制备的TPMS结构陶瓷膜透气性高、孔结构均匀可控,在高温环境下具有良好的稳定性,为高温气体除尘提供了一种高效材料。
