Cross-scale porous TPMS structure 3Y-TZP ceramic material and preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a cross-scale porous TPMS structure 3Y-TZP ceramic material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: constructing a model; preparing a 3Y-TZP/PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate) slurry of a printing slurry; ceramic body printing: adding the 3Y-TZP/PMMA slurry into a DLP 3D printer for printing to obtain a ceramic body; and performing heat treatment on the green body, namely cleaning, curing, drying, degreasing and sintering the ceramic green body to obtain the 3Y-TZP ceramic material with the cross-scale porous TPMS structure. The ceramic material provided by the invention has mesopores with uniform pore diameter and uniform distribution, and also has mesopores (1-100 [mu] m) and macro pores (gt; 100 [mu] m) of a three-dimensional connected cross-scale porous TPMS structure. The macro holes in the structure can adjust the mechanical property of the material, and the mesopores limit the function distribution of heat convection and reduce the heat conductivity of the material.
本发明公开了一种跨尺度多孔TPMS结构3Y‑TZP陶瓷材料及其制备方法与应用,该制备方法包括以下步骤:模型构建;打印浆料3Y‑TZP/PMMA浆体配置;陶瓷坯体打印:将3Y‑TZP/PMMA浆料加入DLP 3D打印机中进行打印,得到陶瓷坯体;坯体热处理:将陶瓷坯体进行清洗,固化,干燥,脱脂,烧结,得到跨尺度多孔TPMS结构3Y‑TZP陶瓷材料。本发明的陶瓷材料具有孔径均一,分布均匀的中孔,同时具备中孔(1‑100μm)和宏孔(>100μm)的三维连通跨尺度多孔TPMS结构。该结构中宏孔可调节材料力学性能,中孔限制热对流的功能分配,降低材料热导率。
