The invention relates to the technical field of structural damping devices, and particularly discloses a prestressed shape memory alloy damper which comprises a yield type assembly and two viscous type assemblies, and the two viscous type assemblies are fixedly connected to the two sides of the yield type assembly; the yield type assembly comprises an energy dissipation core plate, a plurality of prestressed inclined struts, a first supporting plate, a second supporting plate, an upper connecting plate, a lower connecting plate, a pre-tightening bolt, a first base plate, an angle plate, a restraining plate and a second base plate, and the prestressed inclined struts are fixedly connected to the front side and the rear side of the energy dissipation core plate correspondingly. According to the damper, the defect that the shape memory alloy material is high in yield strength and cannot rapidly enter energy consumption prior to a main body structure is overcome by adopting a pre-tightening force mechanism, meanwhile, the advantages of high ductility and high fatigue of the shape memory alloy material are exerted, and the damper has the anti-seismic and shock-absorbing effect of multi-coordination energy consumption.
本发明涉及结构减震装置技术领域,具体公开了一种带预应力的形状记忆合金阻尼器,包括屈服型组件和粘滞型组件,粘滞型组件设置有两组,两组粘滞型组件固定连接于屈服型组件两侧;屈服型组件包括耗能芯板、预应力斜撑、第一支板、第二支板、上连接板、下连接板、预紧螺栓、第一垫板、角板、约束板和第二垫板,预应力斜撑设置有多根,多根预应力斜撑分别固定连接于耗能芯板的前后两侧。本发明能够实现阻尼器通过采用预紧力机制,克服了形状记忆合金材料自身屈服强度较高而不能较快地优先于主体结构进入耗能的不足,同时发挥了形状记忆合金材料自身高延性、高疲劳性的优点,并具有多重协调耗能的抗震减震效果。
