The preparation method of the self-dispersing nano silicon dioxide particles for the cement-based material in the embodiment comprises the following steps: (1) mixing alkyl silane and water, stirring and heating; (2) after the temperature is increased to 80 DEG C or above, adding nano silicon dioxide and continuously stirring; and (3) after the stirring is finished, carrying out solid-liquid separation, and drying to obtain the self-dispersed nano silicon dioxide particles for the cement-based material. The self-dispersing nano silicon dioxide particles for the cement-based material are beneficial to solving or relieving the problems that in the prior art, when nano silicon dioxide is applied to the cement-based material, agglomeration is prone to occurring, and dispersity is poor.
