Milling machine leveling zero position automatic calibration system and method
The invention provides an automatic leveling zero calibration system for a milling machine. The automatic leveling zero calibration system comprises a GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) antenna, a multi-line laser radar, a controller, a PID (Proportion Integration Differentiation) regulator, a database and an air blower which are arranged on a vehicle body, granular sundries are cleaned through an air blower, the actual milling depth of the current position is measured through a multi-line laser radar, latitude and longitude coordinates of the measured position are obtained through a GNSS antenna on a milling machine, and the preset milling depth of the current position is obtained in a database. The preset milling depth is compared with the measured actual milling depth to obtain a current milling leveling error value, and the error is automatically eliminated through a PID regulator, so that uninterrupted construction and leveling automatic calibration are realized; construction does not need to be suspended, measurement and calibration are conducted by workers, calibration precision is high, and the construction progress is not affected; under the scene that the milled road surface has fall, dynamic automatic calibration can be achieved, better milling flatness can be achieved, and the construction time is shortened.
本发明提供一种铣刨机找平零位自动校准系统,包括:安装于车体上的GNSS天线、多线激光雷达,控制器,PID调节器、数据库和鼓风机;通过鼓风机清理颗粒杂物,通过多线激光雷达测量出当前位置的实际铣刨深度,利用GNSS天线在铣刨机上的获取测量位置的经纬度坐标,在数据库中获取当前位置的预设铣刨深度,预设铣刨深度与测量的实际铣刨深度进行比较从而得到当前的铣刨找平误差值,通过PID调节器实现误差的自动消除,从而实现不间断施工并找平自动校准;本发明无需暂停施工并由工人员测量并校准,校准精度高速度快不影响施工进度;针对铣刨路面有落差的场景下,能够动态自动校准,能够实现更好的铣刨平整度并缩短施工时间。
