The invention discloses a weak cemented rock-soil mass cultural relic reinforcement grouting material and a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the field of building earthen site repair and reinforcement. The grouting material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 150 parts of water, 31 to 71 parts of Portland cement, 10 to 30 parts of aluminoferrite cement, 19 to 39 parts of a composite filling agent, 2 to 7 parts of a micro-expanding agent, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of an anti-underwater dispersing agent and 0.3 to 0.5 part of a water reducing agent. According to the material, the matching property of the grouting material and the weakly cemented rock and earth mass cultural relics can be improved; the risk that the rock-soil body ruins are possibly damaged by the self load of the grouting material is reduced; the physical and mechanical properties are improved.
