According to the modularized heat preservation structure, during installation, two fixing supports are installed at the corresponding positions of a wall, and then two first heat preservation modules are inserted into inserting rails of the two fixing supports; then the second heat preservation modules are inserted into the inserting grooves in the side faces of the first square frames of the two first heat preservation modules to be installed in an inserted mode, then the two first heat preservation modules and one second heat preservation module form a group and are installed from bottom to top, and when the second heat preservation module on the upper portion is pressed on the second heat preservation module on the lower portion, the second heat preservation modules on the lower portion are installed. The elastic pressing mechanism is pressed to move downwards, and the linkage mechanism drives the two horizontal limiting mechanisms to extend outwards and then be embedded into limiting sleeves of first square frames of the two first heat preservation modules, so that the second heat preservation module is stably mounted between the two first heat preservation modules; and finally, the effect of facilitating construction is achieved. The invention further discloses an integration method of the modular heat preservation structure. The modular heat preservation structure has the effect of facilitating construction and installation.
本发明公开了一种模块化保温结构,在安装时先将两个固定支架安装在墙体的相应位置,然后先将两个第一保温模组插接在两个固定支架的插接轨上,然后将第二保温模组插接在两个第一保温模组的第一方形框侧面的插接槽内进行插接安装,继而以两个第一保温模组、一个第二保温模组为一组,从下往上安装,在上方的第二保温模组压在下方的第二保温模组上时,弹性按压机构受压向下运动,联动机构驱使两个水平限位机构向外伸出后嵌入在两个第一保温模组的第一方形框的限位套内,从而使得第二保温模组稳固在安装在两个第一保温模组之间;最终具有方便施工的作用。本发明还公开了一种模块化保温结构的整体化方法,具有方便施工安装的作用。
