The invention discloses a bridge cast-in-situ bored pile slag removal device which comprises a base, a slag suction pump body and a slag suction guide pipe, longitudinal movement driving assemblies capable of longitudinally moving in a reciprocating mode are installed on the two sides of the top face of the base, and an assembling and disassembling assembly is connected between the longitudinal movement driving assemblies on the two sides in a combined mode. The slag suction pump has the beneficial effects that the slag suction pump body can be lifted from bottom to top to penetrate through the restraining barrel and be stably limited in the mode that the restraining barrel of the assembling and disassembling assembly coaxially covers the periphery of the slag suction pump body; meanwhile, a water outlet pipe of the slag suction pump body vertically slides along the limiting groove from bottom to top until the water outlet pipe abuts against the top end of the limiting groove, so that the slag suction pump body can be limited and cannot move randomly, the suspended limiting anti-moving mode of the slag suction pump body is simple and easy to achieve, and the operation mode that configuration personnel stably hold the slag suction pump body is replaced; and it is ensured that the slag suction pump body can not move in the combination and disassembly process of the slag suction pump body and the slag suction guide pipe.
本发明公开了一种桥梁钻孔灌注桩清渣装置,包括底座、吸渣泵本体和吸渣导管,所述底座的顶面两侧安装设置有能够纵向往复移动的纵移驱动组件,两侧位置的所述纵移驱动组件之间组合连接有组装拆分组件。有益效果在于:本发明通过组装拆分组件的约束筒同轴罩在吸渣泵本体外围的方式能够使吸渣泵本体自下而上的被吊起穿过约束筒并被稳定限位,同时通过吸渣泵本体的出水管自下而上沿限位槽竖向滑移并直至顶住限位槽顶端的方式能够限制住吸渣泵本体无法乱动,对吸渣泵本体的悬空限位防动方式简单易实现,代替了配置人员扶稳的操作方式,确保了吸渣泵本体能够在与吸渣导管组合及拆分的过程中不会乱动。
