Verfahren zum Ablegen eines Werkzeugs einer Baumaschine
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Ablegen eines Werkzeugs (2) einer Baumaschine (1) auf einen Boden (8). Es werden eine Position und eine Orientierung des Werkzeugs (2) relativ zur Baumaschine (1) oder zu einer Richtung der Erdgravitation mit Hilfe eines oder mehrerer der folgenden Sensoren inertiale Messeinheit, Winkelsensor, Linearsensor durch einen Algorithmus zur Bestimmung einer kinematischen Kette der Baumaschine (1) bestimmt. Zudem wird eine Orientierung wenigstens eines den Boden (8) berührenden Teils (7) der Baumaschine (1) welches die Orientierung der Baumaschine (1) relativ zum Boden (8) charakterisiert, relativ zur Erdgravitation bestimmt. Auf Grundlage dessen erfolgt ein Regeln der Bewegung des Werkzeugs (2), um zum Ablegen des Werkzeugs (2) eine Unterseite des Werkzeugs (2) auf ein gleiches Niveau und in eine gleiche Orientierung wie das zumindest eine den Boden (8) berührende Teil (7) zu bringen.
A method is for putting down a tool of a construction machine. A position and an orientation of the tool relative to the construction machine or to a direction of Earth's gravity is determined by one or more of the following sensors including: an inertial measuring unit, an angle sensor, a linear sensor, and/or by an algorithm for determining a kinematic chain of the construction machine. Moreover, an orientation of at least one part of the construction machine, which part touches the ground, and which orientation characterizes an orientation of the construction machine relative to the ground, is determined relative to Earth's gravity. Based on this determination, movement of the tool is controlled, in order to bring a lower face of the tool to the same level and in the same orientation as the at least one part touching the ground, for putting down the tool.
Verfahren zum Ablegen eines Werkzeugs einer Baumaschine
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Ablegen eines Werkzeugs (2) einer Baumaschine (1) auf einen Boden (8). Es werden eine Position und eine Orientierung des Werkzeugs (2) relativ zur Baumaschine (1) oder zu einer Richtung der Erdgravitation mit Hilfe eines oder mehrerer der folgenden Sensoren inertiale Messeinheit, Winkelsensor, Linearsensor durch einen Algorithmus zur Bestimmung einer kinematischen Kette der Baumaschine (1) bestimmt. Zudem wird eine Orientierung wenigstens eines den Boden (8) berührenden Teils (7) der Baumaschine (1) welches die Orientierung der Baumaschine (1) relativ zum Boden (8) charakterisiert, relativ zur Erdgravitation bestimmt. Auf Grundlage dessen erfolgt ein Regeln der Bewegung des Werkzeugs (2), um zum Ablegen des Werkzeugs (2) eine Unterseite des Werkzeugs (2) auf ein gleiches Niveau und in eine gleiche Orientierung wie das zumindest eine den Boden (8) berührende Teil (7) zu bringen.
