The fixing device (1) comprises a glass holder (2) with a curved surface (4), which rests opposite of a curved counter-surface (5) of a base body (3). The fixing device is designed such that a window surface to be attached to a window pane is parallel to a tangent or to a plane tangential to the curved surface. An adjusting unit (11) comprises a spindle (21) which is aligned along a secant line or string to the curved counter-surface or to a cross-sectional line of the curved counter-surface. The adjusting unit, particularly the spindle is rotatably mounted on the base body.
