A mobile scaffolding (1) comprises at least two pairs of lateral shoulders (2) suitable to be arranged vertically parallel to each other. The lateral shoulders (2) have housings (4) communicating with the outside. At least one tie rod (6) is suitable to be arranged between the two pairs of lateral shoulders (2). One quick-coupling mechanism (7) is permanently connected to one end (6b) of the tie rod (6) and comprises an elastically deformable screw anchor (9) between a non-deformed configuration in which it can be axially inserted and removed within one of the housings (4) and a deformed configuration in which it interferes with walls (4') delimiting the housing for connecting the end (6b) of the tie rod (6) to the lateral shoulders (2). The quick-coupling mechanism (7) comprises expansion means disposed in an internal cavity (9a) of the screw anchor (9) and configured to assume a rest configuration in which the screw anchor (9) is in the non-deformed configuration and a locking configuration in which the screw anchor (9) is in the deformed configuration. In the locking configuration, the expansion means generate an expansion force (F) directed radially with respect to the screw anchor (9). The expansion force (F) pushes from the inside the screw anchor (9) against the walls (4') delimiting the housing (4).
