The invention relates to a novel construction separating element (1) having an all-over moisture-resistant sealing coating (16), with a pipe feedthrough for water/wastewater, which pipe feedthrough is integrated into and transversely penetrates the separating element (1) and has a pipe piece (5), the pipe piece having a stabilizing fin (51) extending transversely and a sealing flange (52) in contact with the hazard surface (12); wherein the pipeline piece (5) has a sealing flange (52) on its pipe connection sleeve (55); wherein furthermore a coating connection flange (15) made of a material identical to the coating material (Dm), preferably bitumen, is bonded, in a full-surface bond, to the outer surface (521) of the sealing flange (52) such that a double flange unit (5215) is formed, which coating connection flange laterally protrudes beyond the sealing flange on all sides; wherein the double flange unit (5215) sits, with accurate fit, in a recess (11) in the hazard surface (12) of the separating element (1); wherein furthermore the outer surface (151) of the coating connection flange (15) is flush with the hazard surface (12); and wherein the coating (16) applied to the hazard surface (12) is materially integrally connected, with all-over material bonding, to the outer surface (151) of the coating connection flange (15), in its sealing coating (16) which is of identical material composition. The invention also relates to the pipe piece (5) and to the coating connection flange (15). The invention also relates to a construction separating element (1) having a twin pipeline piece (5') formed with the described pipe stubs (5), and to the pipeline piece (5) and the twin pipeline piece (5') themselves.

The invention also relates to the pipe piece (5) and to the coating connection flange (15). The invention also relates to a construction separating element (1) having a twin pipeline piece (5') formed with the described pipe stubs (5), and to the pipeline piece (5) and the twin pipeline piece (5') themselves.
