HYDRAULIC DRIVING DEVICE OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform total torque control with high accuracy, to effectively utilize rated output torque of a motor, and to improve mountability by accurately detecting absorption torque of a hydraulic pump at one side with pure hydraulic constitution, and feeding-back the same to a hydraulic pump at the other side.SOLUTION: A first torque controller of a first pump control unit in a hydraulic driving device includes: a torque feedback circuit 30 to which a discharge pressure of a first hydraulic pump 1a and a load sensing driving pressure are led and which corrects and outputs a discharge pressure of a second hydraulic pump 1b so as to simulate absorption torque of the second hydraulic pump 1b; and torque feedback pistons 31a, 31b to which the output pressure of the torque feedback circuit 30 is led and which control a capacity of the first hydraulic pump 1a so that a capacity of the first hydraulic pump 1a is reduced and the maximum torque is reduced according as the output pressure becomes higher. The torque feedback circuit 30 has partial-pressure throttle portions 34a, 34b, partial-pressure valves 35a, 35b, and relief valves 37a, 37b.
【課題】他方の油圧ポンプの吸収トルクを純油圧的な構成で精度良く検出して一方の油圧ポンプ側にフィードバックすることで、全トルク制御を精度良く行い、原動機の定格出力トルクを有効利用しかつ搭載性を向上させる。【解決手段】第1油圧ポンプ1aの吐出圧とロードセンシング駆動圧力とが導かれ、第2油圧ポンプ1bの吸収トルクを模擬するよう第2油圧ポンプ1bの吐出圧を補正して出力するトルクフィードバック回路30と、このトルクフィードバック回路30の出力圧が導かれ、この出力圧が高くなるにしたがって第1油圧ポンプ1aの容量を減少させ最大トルクが減少するよう第1油圧ポンプ1aの容量を制御するトルクフィードバックピストン31a,31bとを設ける。トルクフィードバック回路30は分圧絞り部34a,34b、分圧弁35a,35b、リリーフ弁37a,37bを有する。【選択図】図1A
