METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MOISTURE CONDITIONING BUILDING MATERIAL, AND MOISTURE CONDITIONING BUILDING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that improves volatile organic compound adsorption performance of a moisture conditioning building material.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a moisture conditioning building material relating to one aspect of the present invention includes: a dehydration step S104 of dehydrating at least one of aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide included in a material, by heating the material including at least one of the aluminum hydroxide and the magnesium hydroxide and a carbon-containing substance for adsorption of a volatile organic compound; and a burning step S106 of burning the material through the dehydration step S104 at a temperature equal to or higher than a heating temperature in the dehydration step S104.
【課題】調湿建材における揮発性有機化合物の吸着性能を向上させる技術を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のある態様に係る調湿建材の製造方法は、水酸化アルミニウム及び水酸化マグネシウムの少なくとも一方と、揮発性有機化合物吸着用の炭素含有物質と、を含む原料を加熱して、原料に含まれる水酸化アルミニウム及び水酸化マグネシウムの少なくとも一方を脱水させる脱水工程S104と、脱水工程S104を経た原料を、脱水工程S104における加熱温度以上の温度で焼成する焼成工程S106と、を含む。【選択図】図2
