【課題】表層と下層に吸湿速度と吸湿容量の異なる材料を使用して、長期的周期の調湿性能を満たしながら吸湿能力を十分に発揮できるようにした、軽量で施工性に優れる調湿壁材を提供する。【解決手段】珪藻土含有層を表層に配置し、吸放湿性繊維含有不織布層を下層に配置するように構成された調湿壁材であって、吸放湿性繊維として架橋アクリレート系繊維を使用したこと、及び珪藻土含有層の厚さを1〜4mmにしたことを特徴とする調湿壁材。【選択図】なし
