METHOD FOR PRODUCING HARDENED BODY OF HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a hardened body of a hydraulic composition, which has good work efficiency and can be removed from a form in a short period of time.SOLUTION: There is provided the method for producing a hardened body of a hydraulic composition comprising the following steps (1) to (4). A step (1) of producing a hydraulic composition having a water/(hydraulic powder) ratio (mass ratio) of 0.35 or more and 0.45 or less by kneading a constituent containing a specific copolymer (A), a hydraulic powder, an aggregate and water; a step (2) of pouring the hydraulic composition into a form; step (3): a step of curing the hydraulic powder in the form within a curing time of 8 hours so that the integrated temperature becomes 260 [°C hr] or more and 300 [°C hr] or less; and step (4) of removing the hardened body from the form after curing.
【課題】作業性がよく、短時間で脱型を可能とする水硬性組成物の硬化体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】次の工程(1)〜(4)を含む、水硬性組成物の硬化体の製造方法。工程(1)特定の共重合体(A)と水硬性粉体と骨材と水とを含む成分を混練して、水/水硬性粉体比(質量比)が0.35以上、0.45以下の水硬性組成物を調製する工程。工程(2)水硬性組成物を型枠に入れる工程。工程(3)積算温度が260以上、300以下[℃・時]となるように、8時間以内の養生時間で、型枠内の水硬性粉体を養生する工程。工程(4)養生後、型枠から硬化体を脱型する工程。【選択図】なし
