METHOD FOR PRODUCING HARDENED BODY OF HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a hardened body of a hydraulic composition capable of obtaining a hardened body having beautiful surface appearance and strength.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a hardened body of a hydraulic composition comprising (A) a thickener, (B) a polycarboxylic acid-based dispersant, a hydraulic powder and water, in which a hydraulic composition used for producing a hardened body is divided and filled in the same molding flask, vibration is applied to the hydraulic composition in the molding flask in each filling operation and other hydraulic compositions are filled in the same molding flask before the hydraulic composition previously filled in the molding flask is cured. The thickener (A) preferably includes an unsaturated carboxylic ester polymer, an unsaturated carboxylic acid polymer and an unsaturated carboxylic acid amide polymer and the polycarboxylic acid-based dispersant (B) preferably is a polycarboxylic acid-based dispersant having a polyoxyalkylene chain having an average addition mole number of 30 to 300, especially preferably a polycarboxylic acid-based polymer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】表面美観と強度に優れた硬化体が得られる、水硬性組成物の硬化体の製造方法。【解決手段】(A)増粘剤と(B)ポリカルボン酸系分散剤と水硬性粉体と水とを含有する水硬性組成物の硬化体の製造方法であって、硬化体の製造に用いる水硬性組成物を分割して同じ型枠に充填し、水硬性組成物の充填ごとに型枠内の水硬性組成物に振動をかけ、先に型枠に充填された水硬性組成物が硬化する前に、他の水硬性組成物を同じ型枠に充填する、水硬性組成物の硬化体の製造方法。(A)増粘剤として好ましくは不飽和カルボン酸エステルポリマー、、不飽和カルボン酸ポリマー、不飽和カルボン酸アミドポリマー等の増粘剤であり、(B)ポリカルボン酸系分散剤として、好ましくは、平均付加モル数が30〜300のポリオキシアルキレン鎖を有するポリカルボン系分散剤、特にポリカルボン酸系重合体が望ましい。【選択図】なし
