PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample holder obtained by joining a metallic member to a ceramic body, in which the risk that the ceramic body is cracked is reduced.SOLUTION: A sample holder 1 of the present invention comprises: a ceramic body 3 having a sample holding face 30 at the main face of the upper side; and a metallic member 4 having a collar part 41 joined to the main face of the lower side of the ceramic body 3 and a cylindrical part 42 elongating from the inner circumference of the collar part 41 toward the lower side. In the metallic member 4, the inner circumferential face of the cylindrical part 42 and the main face on the lower side of the ceramic body 3 are joined with a brazing filler metal 5 having a meniscus shape, recessed parts 51 are distributed in the surface of the brazing filler metal 5, and further, the number of the recessed parts 51 is larger than that at the peripheral region in the central region of the meniscus shape. Stress caused by a thermal expansion difference between the ceramic body 3 and the metallic member 4 can be reduced by the deformation of the brazing filler metal 5.
【課題】 セラミック体に金属部材が接合された試料保持具において、セラミック体にクラックが入るおそれを低減する。【解決手段】 本発明の試料保持具1は、上側主面に試料保持面30を有するセラミック体3と、セラミック体3の下側主面に接合された鍔部41および鍔部41の内周から下側に向かって伸びる筒部42を有する金属部材4とを備え、金属部材4は、筒部42の内周面とセラミック体3の下側主面とがメニスカス状のろう材5によって接合されており、ろう材5の表面に凹部51が分布しているとともに、凹部51がメニスカス状の中央領域において周縁領域よりも多い。セラミック体3と金属部材4との熱膨張差による応力をろう材5が変形して低減することができる。【選択図】 図3
