PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device having a small opening limiting mechanism, and a fitting having its lock device, easy in installation work at a job site, easily installable in an existing sash in a reform, and also excellent in restraint of the sash in small opening time.SOLUTION: A lock device A is provided for locking-unlocking the sash by moving between an engaging position and an unengaged position of a lock member 1 of oppositely arranging a lock pin 32 provided in an interlocking bar 30 movably constituted by operation of a handle, and also comprises an engaging pin 33 provided in one of the interlocking bar and the lock member and an arm member 10 provided in the other, forming a long hole 15 capable of engaging the engaging pin and having an arm piece 10b of the length corresponding to the opening length of a small opening of the sash.
【課題】現場での取り付け作業が容易で、リフォーム等において既設の障子に容易に取り付けることができ、しかも、小開口時における障子の拘束力に優れた小開口制限機構を有するロック装置、及びそのロック装置を備えた建具を提供する。【解決手段】ハンドルの操作により移動可能に構成される連動バー３０に設けられたロックピン３２が、対向配置されたロック部材１の係合位置と非係合位置との間を移動することにより障子を施錠・解錠するロック装置Ａにおいて、連動バーおよびロック部材の一方に設けられた係合ピン３３と、他方に設けられ、係合ピンが係合可能な長穴１５が形成されるとともに、障子の小開口の開口長に対応した長さのアーム片１０ｂを有するアーム部材１０と、をさらに備えている。【選択図】図２
