To provide a lock device and a fitting that prevent a situation in which the opening operation of a Shoji (sliding door) is complicated even when a plurality of fittings is provided.SOLUTION: There is provided a lock device including a lock unit 60 provided on a frame via a unit body and a lock pin 50 provided on a Shoji. When the lock unit 60 is locked in the state in which the Shoji is closed, the movement of the lock pin 50 with respect to the unit body is prevented and the Shoji is maintained in the closed state. The lock device has an activating member provided on the Shoji in conjunction with the opening operation of a handle 30. The lock unit 60 is provided with a trigger 67 that releases the locked state when it is placed in the unlocked position. The activating member is provided with a release member 80 that moves the trigger 67 to the unlocked position when the handle 30 is operated to open with the Shoji closed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】建具に複数設けた場合にも障子の開放操作が煩雑化する事態を防止する錠装置及び建具を提供する。【解決手段】ユニット本体を介して枠体に設けられるロックユニット６０と、障子に設けられるロックピン５０とを備え、障子が閉じた状態でロックユニット６０がロック状態となることでユニット本体に対するロックピン５０の移動を阻止して障子を閉じた状態に維持する錠装置であって、ハンドル３０の開き操作に連動する状態で障子に配設される作動部材を備え、ロックユニット６０には、アンロック位置に配置された場合にロック状態を解除するトリガ６７が配設され、作動部材には、障子が閉じた状態においてハンドル３０が開き操作された際にトリガ６７をアンロック位置に移動させるリリース部材８０が設けられている。【選択図】図９
