PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device with a simplified component structure that reduces costs and facilitates installation work, along with a fitting provided with the lock device.SOLUTION: A lock device 10 includes a base member 28 fitted on an opening frame 14, a hook member 32 supported movably on the base member 28 and to be engaged with a receiving member 22 fixed on a shoji screen 16, and an interlocked member 26 supported slidably on the opening frame 14 and moving the hook member 32 by sliding when operated by a lock operating part 20. The base member 28 has a pair of long holes 36, 37 into which a pair of guide pins 50, 51 is respectively inserted slidably, the guide pins being provided on an end and the other end in a moving direction of the hook member 32. The long hole 36 on one side has a starting position 36b of sliding and a terminating position 36c of sliding of the guide pin 50 deviated in a depth direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】部品構造を簡素化してコストを低減することができ、しかも施工作業も容易に行うことができるロック装置及び該ロック装置を備える建具を提供する。【解決手段】ロック装置１０は、開口枠１４に対して取り付けされるベース部材２８と、ベース部材２８に対して移動可能に支持され、障子１６に固定された受け部材２２と係合可能なフック部材３２と、開口枠１４に対してスライド可能に支持され、ロック操作部２０の操作力を受けてスライドすることでフック部材３２を移動させる連動部材２６とを備え、ベース部材２８は、フック部材３２の移動方向で一端側及び他端側に設けられた一対のガイドピン５０，５１がそれぞれ摺動可能に挿入される一対の長孔３６，３７を有し、一方の長孔３６は、ガイドピン５０の摺動始点３６ｂと摺動終点３６ｃの位置が見込み方向で位置ずれしている。【選択図】図４
