PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remodeling sash for providing high water cutoff performance, by surely installing a water cutoff material between a new frame and a cover material, regardless of an installation method of an existing frame.SOLUTION: The remodeling sash 1 comprises the cover material 170 extended along the existing frame 110 and covering an outdoor surface and an inner peripheral surface of the existing frame 110, in which the cover material 170 comprises a first cover material 170A having one end fixed to an outer wall of a building, having the other end extending toward the indoor side and coveting the outdoor surface of at least the existing frame 110 and a second cover material 170B connected to the other end of the first cover material 170A, extending in the depth direction between the existing frame 110 and the new frame 120 and covering the inner peripheral surface of the existing frame 110, and the water cutoff material 9C is provided between an outer peripheral surface of the new frame 120 and the inner peripheral surface of the second cover material 170B.
【課題】既設枠の取り付け方によらずに、新設枠とカバー材との間に止水材を確実に取り付けでき、高い止水性が得られる改装サッシを提供すること。【解決手段】既設枠１１０に沿って延設され、既設枠１１０の屋外面及び内周面を覆うカバー材１７０を備え、カバー材１７０は、一端が建物の外壁に固定され、他端が屋内側に向かって延びて少なくとも既設枠１１０の屋外面を覆う第１カバー材１７０Ａと、第１カバー材１７０Ａの他端に接続され、既設枠１１０と新設枠１２０との間で見込方向に延びて既設枠１１０の内周面を覆う第２カバー材１７０Ｂと、を含んで構成され、新設枠１２０の外周面と第２カバー材１７０Ｂの内周面との間には、止水材９Ｃが設けられていることを特徴とする改装サッシ１である。【選択図】図４
