REMODELING SASH
To provide a remodeling sash capable of interrupting the passage of flame between an existing frame and a new frame in the event of fire, being remodeled in a short time, and reducing a cost.SOLUTION: A remodeling sash 1 serves for remodeling by installing a new frame 20 in the opening of an existing frame 10. The existing frame 10 is formed by framing an existing upper frame 11, an existing lower frame, and existing vertical frames, while the new frame 20 is formed by framing a new upper frame 21, a new lower frame, and new vertical frames. A metal cover member 41 is disposed between the existing upper frame 11 and the new upper frame 21 and also between the existing vertical frame and the new vertical frame. The cover member 41 includes a depth piece portion 411 extending in the depth direction of the remodeling sash 1, an indoor contact piece 412 that comes into contact with the indoor surface of the depth piece of the existing frame 10, and an outdoor contact piece 413 that comes into contact with the outdoor surface of the new frame 20. The cover member 41 includes a heating foaming material 711 that foams in the event of fire to close the gap between the cover member 41 and the new frame 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】火災時に既設枠および新設枠間の火炎の通過を遮断でき、短時間で改装できてコストも低減できる改装サッシを提供すること。【解決手段】改装サッシ１は、既設枠１０の開口内に新設枠２０を設置して改装する。既設枠１０は、既設上枠１１、既設下枠、既設縦枠を枠組みし、新設枠２０は、新設上枠２１、新設下枠、新設縦枠を枠組みして構成する。既設上枠１１および新設上枠２１間と、既設縦枠および新設縦枠間とに金属製のカバー材４１を配置する。カバー材４１は、改装サッシ１の見込み方向に延長された見込み片部４１１と、既設枠１０の見付け片の室内面に当接する室内当接片４１２と、新設枠２０の室外面に当接する室外当接片４１３とを備える。カバー材４１は、火災時に発泡してカバー材４１と新設枠２０との間を塞ぐ加熱発泡材７１１を備える。【選択図】図３
