PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remodeling sash for reducing processing to an existing lower frame, and constructible by accurately arranging a remodeling sash of various window kinds to various kinds of existing lower frames by an installation auxiliary member of the same shape.SOLUTION: A remodeling sash comprises an installation auxiliary member fixed to an existing lower frame and a new lower frame installed-fixed via the installation auxiliary member to the existing lower frame, the installation auxiliary member comprises an upper wall part arranged above inner-outer guide rails of the existing lower frame and an outdoor wall part extended to the outdoor side of the upper wall part, and the upper wall part is placed via a spacer to the existing lower frame, and the outdoor wall part is fixed via a long hole to the outer guide rail of the existing lower frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】既設下枠に対する加工を少なくするとともに、同じ形状の取付補助部材によって様々な種類の既設下枠に対して、様々な窓種の改修用サッシを正確に配置して施工できる改修用サッシを提供する。【解決手段】既設下枠に対して固定される取付補助部材と、既設下枠に対して取付補助部材を介して取付け固定される新設下枠を備え、取付補助部材は、既設下枠の内外案内レールの上方に配置される上壁部と、上壁部の室外側に延設される室外壁部とを有し、上壁部は、既設下枠に対してスペーサを介して載置されるとともに、室外壁部は、既設下枠の外案内レールに対して長孔を介して固定される。【選択図】図３
