HAMMERING TYPE DRILLING FLUID INJECTION DEVICE AND HIGH-PRESSURE INJECTION SOIL IMPROVEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To also apply an injection force of water as needed together with a hammering force of a hammer in the case of ground penetration while maintaining a simple and concise structure, and to inject an improvement material in a radial direction of a device with high pressure.SOLUTION: A drilling fluid injection device A includes: a cylindrical body 1; a down-the-hole hammer 2 including a piston 22 integrated in the body and a bit 23 for digging the soil with hammering of the piston; and a fluid transfer passage 3 which is provided in a vertical direction within the body and in which a fluid is transferred and can be injected from a front end side of the body. The fluid transfer passage 3 includes: a longitudinal passage 30 that extends substantially in a vertical direction of a center of the body 1; a lateral passage 31 in which the fluid transferred to the longitudinal passage is guided in a radial direction of the body; and a nozzle 33 which injects the fluid in the lateral passage outside of the body. Tow down-the-hole hammers 2 are included which are located in a space that is formed between the body 1 and the longitudinal passage 30, displaced substantially at 90 degrees with respect to a direction of the lateral passage 31 and disposed at right and left sides or at front and rear sides while interposing the longitudinal passage therebetween.
【課題】簡単かつ簡明な構造を維持しつつ、地盤貫入時はハンマの打撃力と共に必要に応じて水の噴射力も付与可能で、また改良材を装置の径方向へ高圧噴射できるようにする。【解決手段】筒状ボデー1と、ボデー内に組み込まれたピストン22及び該ピストンの打撃により地盤を掘削するビット23を有したダウンザホールハンマ2と、ボデー内の上下方向に設けられて流体を移送してボデーの先端側より噴射可能にする流体移送通路3とを備えている削孔流体噴射装置Aにおいて、流体移送通路3は、ボデー1の略中心上下方向に延びている縦通路30と、縦通路に移送されてくる流体をボデーの径方向に導く横通路31と、横通路の流体をボデーの外へ噴射するノズル33とを有している。ダウンザホールハンマ2は、ボデー1と縦通路30との間に形成される空間にあって、横通路31の方向と略90度変位し、かつ、縦通路を挟んだ左右又は前後に配置された二機からなる。【選択図】図2
