FORMATION MACHINE AND FORMATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formation machine and a formation method capable of joining a shear reinforcement to a plurality of main reinforcements having different characteristics reliably, and improving joint work efficiency.SOLUTION: A formation machine 1 comprises take-up equipment 5, winding equipment 7, and joining equipment 8. The take-up equipment 5 takes up a plurality of main reinforcements 6, which are arranged side by side in a circumferential direction R, in a shaft direction X. The winding equipment 7 winds a shear reinforcement 9 around the plurality of main reinforcements 6 taken up by the take-up equipment. The joining equipment 8 comprises welding equipment 81 and binding equipment 82, and joins intersections of the shear reinforcement 9 and the plurality of main reinforcements 6 respectively by the operations of these equipment. The welding equipment 81 welds an intersection P1 of the shear reinforcement 9 and a reinforcement 61. The binding equipment 82 binds an intersection P2 of the shear reinforcement 9 and a reinforcement 62 mechanically.
【課題】特性が異なる複数の主筋にせん断補強筋を確実に接合できるとともに、接合作業効率の向上を図れる編成機および編成方法を提供すること。【解決手段】編成機1は、引取り設備5と、巻付け設備7と、接合設備8とを備える。引取り設備5は、円周方向Rに並んで配置された複数の主筋6を軸方向Xに引取る。巻付け設備7は、引取り設備5に引き取られる複数の主筋6にせん断補強筋9を巻付ける。接合設備8は、溶接設備81と結束設備82とを備え、これらの動作によりせん断補強筋9と複数の主筋6との交点をそれぞれ接合する。溶接設備81は、せん断補強筋9とRC鉄筋61との交点P1を溶接する。結束設備82は、せん断補強筋9とPC鉄筋62との交点P2を機械的に結束する。【選択図】図1
