MONOLITHIC REFRACTORY FOR BLAST FURNACE TROUGH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monolithic refractory for a blast furnace trough, excellent in slag resistance and molten iron resistance and having a longer life compared to conventional refractories.SOLUTION: A refractory raw material consists of 30 to 60 wt.% of a first refractory raw material having particle size of less than 0.3 mm and 40 to 70 wt.% of a second refractory raw material having particle size of 0.3 mm or more. 100 wt.% of the first refractory raw material contains 0 to 40 wt.% of a silicon carbide raw material, 10 to 95 wt.% of an alumina raw material, 5 to 50 wt.% of a carbon raw material. 100 wt.% of the second refractory raw material contains 60 to 100 wt.% of the silicon carbide raw material and 0 to 40 wt.% of the alumina raw material.
【課題】耐スラグ性、耐溶銑性に優れ、従来の耐火物と比較して高耐用の高炉樋用不定形耐火物を提供する。【解決手段】耐火物原料は、0.3mm未満の粒度を有する第1の耐火物原料30〜60重量%と、0.3mm以上の粒度を有する第2の耐火物原料40〜70重量%とからなる。第1の耐火物原料100重量%は、炭化珪素原料を0〜40重量%、アルミナ原料を10〜95重量%、カーボン原料を5〜50重量%含む。また、第2の耐火物原料100重量%は、炭化珪素原料を60〜100重量%、アルミナ原料を0〜40重量%含む。【選択図】なし
