FASTENING STRUCTURE AND INSTALLATION METHOD OF POST-INSTALLED ANCHOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to investigate the tensile strength of a post-installed anchor fastened to a base material without manually pulling out the anchor.SOLUTION: A hole H is drilled down to a designated depth in a base material C, and a mark 3 is put on a core material in such a manner that the distance between the tip of the core material 1 and the base edge of the mark 3 is shorter than the depth of the hole by the amount equivalent to the length of stretch of the core material 1 when force is loaded to the post-installed anchor 10. The core material 1 is inserted into the hole H and fixed to the base material C so that the mark 3, which is to indicate the position, is positioned at a point which is in the vicinity of the mouth Ha of the hole H of the core material 1 fixed to the base material C and closer to the base material C than the mouth Ha is. With this arrangement, in the case where the core material 1 comes out of the base material C, the mark 3, which has been hidden in the base material C, becomes visible.
【課題】母材に定着しているあと施工アンカーの引張強度を、あと施工アンカーを人為的に引き抜くことなく調べる方法を提供する。【解決手段】母材Cに所定深さの孔Hを削孔し、芯材1に目印3を、芯材1の先端と目印3の基端との距離が、孔Hの深さよりも、あと施工アンカー10に荷重が作用したときに芯材1が伸びる分だけ短くなるように付け、芯材1を孔Hに挿入して、母材Cに定着させることにより、母材Cに定着している芯材1の、孔Hの開口Haの近傍であって、開口Haよりも母材C側に、位置を知らせるための目印3が位置する。こうすることで、芯材1が母材Cから抜け出すと、それまで母材Cに遮蔽されていた目印3が視認可能となる。【選択図】図1
