EXCAVATION-AGITATION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavation-agitation device particularly suitable when the bearing ground is comparatively shallow.SOLUTION: In an excavation-agitation device, an arrangement interval in the length direction of the axis of a rotary shaft 2 of an excavation-agitation blade 4 and an agitation blade 3 just above the same, or an arrangement interval in the length direction of the axis of the rotary shaft 2 of a blade of one agitation blade 3 and the other agitation blade 3 just above or just under the same, is set within the unit improvement depth which is: an interval substantially equal to the improvement depth down to a bottom surface of improvement soil from the ground surface of the ground being an excavation object; or an interval substantially equal to the depth of dividing the improvement depth into 1/n (n is an integer of 2 or more). Further, a corotation preventive blades 5 are provided between the excavation-agitation blade 4 and the agitation blade 3 just above the same and between the one agitation blade 3 and the other agitation blade 3 just above or just under the same, so that the excavation-agitation blade 4 or the agitation blades 3 and the corotation preventive blades 5 are successively alternately arranged along the length direction of the axis of the rotary shaft 2, and are also arranged at a substantially equal interval.
【課題】支持地盤が比較的浅い場合において特に好適な掘削撹拌装置を提供する。【解決手段】掘削撹拌翼4とその直上の撹拌翼3との回転軸2の軸の長さ方向の配置間隔、又は一の撹拌翼3の翼とその直上もしくは直下の他の撹拌翼3との回転軸2の軸の長さ方向の配置間隔は、掘削対象である地盤の地表面から改良土壌の底面までの改良深さに略等しい間隔又は該改良深さをn分の一(nは、2以上の整数とする)に分割した深さに略等しい間隔である単位改良深さ以内に設定されており、掘削撹拌翼4とその直上の撹拌翼3との間及び一の撹拌翼3とその直上又は直下の他の撹拌翼3の間には共回り防止翼5が設けられることにより、掘削撹拌翼4又は撹拌翼3及び共回り防止翼5が回転軸2の軸の長さ方向に沿って順次交互に配置され、かつ略等間隔に配置されている。【選択図】図2
