EXCAVATION AGITATION DEVICE
To provide an excavation agitation device which reduces wear applied between an anti-corotation blade and an excavation shaft.SOLUTION: Excavation shafts 2 are provided so as to be separated into a first excavation shaft 2a, a second excavation shaft 2b and a third excavation shaft 2c in this order from above, and an agitation blade 3 is provided on the first excavation shaft 2a, an anti-corotation blade 4 is provided on the second excavation blade 2b, and an excavation blade 5 is provided on the third excavation shaft 2c. The second excavation shaft 2b is provided with a convex part 24 formed of a first convex part 24a and a second convex part 24b, and a thrust bearing 61 is provided so as to be brought into contact with the upper surface and the lower surface of the second convex part 24b. A radical bearing 62 is provided so as to be brought into contact with the outer periphery of the first convex part 24a, is covered with a bearing part 41, a housing case 7 and a gun metal cover 82, and allows a grease to be injected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】供回り防止翼と掘削軸との間にかかる摩耗を低減させるようにした掘削撹拌装置を提供する。【解決手段】掘削軸2を上から順に、第一掘削軸2a、第二掘削軸2b、第三掘削軸2cに分離可能に設け、第一掘削軸2aに撹拌翼3、第二掘削軸2bに供回り防止翼4、第三掘削軸2cに掘削翼5を設ける。この第二掘削軸2bには、第一凸状部24aや第二凸状部24bからなる凸状部24が設けられており、この第二凸状部24bの上面と下面に接するようにスラストベアリング61を設ける。一方、第一凸状部24aの外周に接するようにラジアルベアリング62を設け、これらを軸受部41やハウジングケース7、砲金カバー82で覆い、グリスを注入できるようにする。【選択図】図3
