PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a station access management system enabling a communication carrier managing a base station facility to easily manage entry to and exit from a base station, dispensing with key management, and achieving security improvement.SOLUTION: A station access management server transmits station access management applications to a plurality of mobile terminals in advance; each mobile terminal installs the station access management application, makes registration in the station access management server in advance, applies for an access to a facility; and the station access management server stores information on the registration and the access application in a database, issues a password for the access application, stores the password in the database, transmits the password to each mobile terminal, receives geographical information from each mobile terminal arriving at the facility, collates the received geographical information, the access application information, and geographical information on the facility with one another, and when collation indicates matching, transmits the password issued to the mobile terminal to an electronic cypher lock of the facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】基地局施設を管理する通信事業者が入退局の管理を容易にでき、鍵の管理が不要で、セキュリティの向上が図れる入局管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】入局管理サーバは、予め複数の携帯端末に入局管理アプリケーションを送信し、携帯端末は、入局管理アプリケーションをインストールして入局管理サーバに予め登録を行うとともに、施設への入局申請を行い、入局管理サーバは、登録および入局申請情報をデータベースに格納し、入局申請に対してパスワードを発行してデータベースに格納するとともに携帯端末にパスワードを送信し、施設に到着した携帯端末から位置情報を受信すると、受信した位置情報と入局申請情報と施設の位置情報を照合し、一致している場合に、施設の電子暗号錠に、携帯端末宛てに発行したパスワードを送信する。【選択図】 図５
