INSTALLATION METHOD OF BUILDING UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of a building unit that facilitates setting of an installation position of the building unit while enhancing accuracy of the installation position.SOLUTION: In an installation method for a building unit 1 that is assembled beforehand at a place other than the place of construction, a plurality of anchor bolts 41 to be inserted into a plurality of connection holes 15b located in a lower part of the building unit 1 are positioned at a location corresponding to the connection holes 15b and installed on a foundation 40, when constructing the foundation 40 on which the building unit 1 is mounted at the place of construction. A template 73 having an index for indicating the position corresponding to the plurality of connection holes 15b is used, when positioning the plurality of anchor bolts 41. The template 73 includes a plurality of members connected to each other and assembled into a frame form. The plurality of members include a plurality of first index members 74 extending in line with the arranged anchor bolts 41 on the foundation 40, and a second index member 75 extending in a direction intersecting with the arrangement of the anchor bolts and extending diagonally between the plurality of first index members 74.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】建物ユニットの設置位置の精度を向上しつつ設置位置の設定を容易にする建物ユニットの施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】建設場所以外で予め組み立てられる建物ユニット1の施工方法では、建設場所で建物ユニット1が載置される基礎40を施工する際に、建物ユニット1の下部の複数の接続孔15bに挿入される複数のアンカーボルト41を、接続孔15bと対応する位置に位置決めして基礎40に設置し、複数のアンカーボルト41の位置決めでは、複数の接続孔15bと対応する位置の指標を有するテンプレート73を用いる。テンプレート73は、互いに接続されてフレーム状に組み立てられる複数の部材を含む。複数の部材は、基礎40におけるアンカーボルト41の配列に沿って延在する複数の第一指標部材74と、上記配列と交差する方向に延在し且つ複数の第一指標部材74間で筋交い状に延在する第二指標部材75とを含む。【選択図】図6
