WATER CUTOFF STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE FORM SUPPORT PART
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water leakage going along a support bit 16 and the inside of an adjustment pipe 24 from the earth retaining wall side.SOLUTION: A support bit 16 is provided with a tap screw part 18 on one end and provided with a connection screw part 22 on the other end, and the tap screw part 18 is screwed in and fixed to an earth retaining wall material 12 and the connection screw part 22 penetrates through a waterproof sheet 28 covering the earth retaining wall material 12 and also penetrates through a water cutoff ring 26 brought into close contact with the periphery of the through-hole. An adjustment pipe 24 for supporting a concrete form 34 penetrates through the water cutoff ring 26, and is connected to the connection screw part 22 of the support bit 16. A press mass 46 is provided inside the adjustment pipe so as to block up its screw hole. Thus, water leakage can be reliably prevented even against pressure of water infiltrating by going along a screw groove of the connection screw part 22.
【課題】土留め壁側から支持ビット16と調整パイプ24内を伝わる漏水を阻止する。【解決手段】一端にタップねじ部18を設け他端に連結ねじ部22を設けた支持ビット16の、上記タップねじ部18は土留め壁材12にねじ込まれて固定され、上記連結ねじ部22は上記土留め壁材12を覆う防水シート28を貫通し、かつ、この貫通孔の周囲に密着した止水リング26を貫通するものである。コンクリート型枠34を支持するための調整パイプ24は、上記止水リング26を貫通して上記支持ビット16の連結ねじ部22に接続される。調整パイプの内部には、そのねじ孔を塞ぐようにプレス塊46が設けられている。これにより、連結ねじ部22のねじ溝を伝わって浸入する水圧に対しても確実に漏水を防止できる。【選択図】図9
