PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a cement dispersing agent composition which can increase an effect of inhibiting decrease in flowability over time under a high temperature environment above about 30°C and can increase curability under a temperature environment at about 20°C; and a cement composition containing such a cement dispersing agent composition.SOLUTION: A cement dispersing agent composition comprises: a boric acid compound; and a polycarboxylic acid-based copolymer including a structural unit (I) derived from an unsaturated polyalkylene glycol-based monomer (a) represented by a specific general formula, and a structural unit (II) derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid-based monomer (b) represented by a specific general formula.
【課題】３０℃程度以上の高温の温度環境下における流動性の経時低下抑制効果を高くでき、且つ、２０℃程度の温度環境下における硬化性を高くできる、セメント分散剤組成物を提供する。また、そのようなセメント分散剤組成物を含むセメント組成物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のセメント分散剤組成物は、特定の一般式で表される不飽和ポリアルキレングリコール系単量体（ａ）由来の構造単位（Ｉ）と特定の一般式で表される不飽和カルボン酸系単量体（ｂ）由来の構造単位（ＩＩ）とを含むポリカルボン酸系共重合体と、ホウ酸化合物とを含む。【選択図】なし
