PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat insulation performance and dew-condensation proofness, while securing airtightness between a sash and an opening frame body.SOLUTION: A vertical sliding-out window comprises a frame body 2 having a metal frame 4 formed on the outdoor side and a resin frame 5 formed on the indoor side and a sash 3 having a metal stile formed on the outdoor side and a resin stile 17 formed on the indoor side storable in the frame body 2. A resin lower frame 14 of the frame body 2 is formed with an air layer 35A for forming a sealed space in heat insulation performance between a resin lower stile 26 of the sash 3 and itself by projecting a first packing 32A and a second packing 33A toward the outdoors. The first packing 32A is allowed to comparatively strongly abut on an end surface of the resin lower stile 26, and the second packing 33A is arranged by weakly abutting on the end surface of the resin lower stile 26 or opening a clearance a little.
【課題】障子と開口枠体との間での気密性を確保しながら断熱性と防露性を向上させる。【解決手段】縦辷り出し窓は、室外側に形成した金属枠4と室内側に形成した樹脂枠5とを備えた枠体2と、枠体2に納めることができて室外側に形成した金属框と室内側に形成した樹脂框17とを備えた障子3とを備えた。枠体2の樹脂下枠14には、屋外に向けて第一パッキン32Aと第二パッキン33Aを突出させ、障子3の樹脂下框26との間に断熱性で密閉空間をなす空気層35Aを形成した。第一パッキン32Aを樹脂下框26の端面に比較的強く当接させ、第二パッキン33Aを樹脂下框26の端面に弱く当接させるかわずかに間隙を開けて配置した。【選択図】図3
