FIXING MEMBER OF COMPOSITE FITTING AND COMPOSITE FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dew-condensation proofness, by attaining high heat insulation, by reducing heat transfer between the outdoor side and the indoor side, with a simple constitution, on a fixation member such as a metallic mullion and a frame member.SOLUTION: A mullion 5 of a multiple window is arranged with an outside metal frame part 36 provided on the outdoor side and being comparatively large in a breadth and an inside metal frame part 37 provided on its indoor side and being comparatively small in the breadth. The outside metal frame part 36 and the inside metal frame part 37 are connected via a resin bridge 38. The other surface except for a surface for providing the bridge 38 of the inside metal frame part 36 on the indoor side of the inside metal frame part 37, is covered with a cross-sectional substantially U-shaped resin mullion part 40. The resin mullion part 40 comprises a grating-like part 40a of arranging a cross-sectional square air chamber 41 in a plurality in the longitudinal-lateral direction. A multistage heat insulation structure is provided by arranging a heat insulation layer 43 between the inside metal frame part 37 and the resin mullion part 40. An air layer 45A is also formed in one side part between the outside metal frame part 36 and the inside metal frame part 37, and is divided into two parts by a fin 46A of the resin mullion part 40.
【課題】金属製の方立や枠部材等の固定部材について、簡単な構成で、屋外側と屋内側との間の熱移動を低減させて高断熱を達成し防露性を向上させる。【解決手段】連窓の方立5は、屋外側に設けた比較的横幅の大きい外側金属枠部36と、その屋内側に設けた比較的横幅の小さい内側金属枠部37とを配列した。外側金属枠部36と内側金属枠部37を樹脂製のブリッジ38を介して連結した。内側金属枠部37の屋内側に、内側金属枠部36のブリッジ38を設けた面を除く他の面を断面略U字状の樹脂方立部40で覆った。樹脂方立部40は断面四角形の空気室41を縦横方向に複数配列させた格子状部40aを有している。内側金属枠部37と樹脂方立部40との間に断熱層43を配設して多段の断熱構造を設けた。更に外側金属枠部36と内側金属枠部37の間の一側部に空気層45A形成し、樹脂方立部40のフィン46Aで二分割した。【選択図】図4
