COMPOSITE FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high heat insulation performance and dew-condensation proofness by further restraining heat conduction between the indoors and the outdoors in a composite fitting composed of metal and resin.SOLUTION: A longitudinal sliding-out window 1 stores a sash 3 provided with a metal rail and a resin rail, in a frame body 2 provided with a metal frame and a resin frame. A metal upper frame 8 of the frame body 2 is divided into an outside metal upper frame 8a and an inside metal upper frame 8b which are connected via a bridge material 37. A resin upper frame 13 provided in a position opposed to the bridge material 37 forms a plurality of air chambers 39a different in size in the vertical and lateral directions by a resin lattice-like part 40. The lattice-like part 40 is provided with a plurality of projection parts 40a on the bridge material 37 side, and is provided with a plurality of air chambers 42 in a recess shape oppositely to the metal upper frame 8. In the sash 2, vertical and lateral rails with a glass body 31 installed constitute a hiding rail of overlapping with right and left resin vertical frames, the resin upper frame 13, and a resin lower frame 14 on the indoor side.
【課題】金属と樹脂からなる複合建具において、屋内外の熱伝導を一層抑制して高い断熱性と防露性を得る。【解決手段】縦辷り出し窓1は、金属枠と樹脂枠を設けた枠体2に金属框と樹脂框を設けた障子3を納める。枠体2の金属上枠8は、外側金属上枠8aと内側金属上枠8bとに分割し、ブリッジ材37を介して連結した。ブリッジ材37に対向する位置に設けた樹脂上枠13は、大きさの異なる複数の空気室39aを樹脂の格子状部40で上下左右方向に形成した。格子状部40はブリッジ材37側に複数の突起部40aを設け、凹部形状の複数の空気室42を金属上枠8に対向して設けた。障子2は、ガラス体31を装着した上下左右の框が、その屋内側で左右の樹脂縦枠と樹脂上枠13、樹脂下枠14とに重なる隠し框を構成する。【選択図】図1
