PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chuck device of a steel pipe pile, being simple in a structure, having durability, and inexpensive in manufacturing cost, which can surely execute holding-opening operation of the steel pipe pile only by rotary operation of a rotational driving shaft.SOLUTION: An upper end part of a screw shaft 2 is connected to a rotational driving shaft of a steel pipe pile rotary press-in device, and the screw shaft 2 is rotated in a state of pressing a receiving seat 4 to the upper end of a steel pipe pile P, and when approaching a first nut member 3 and a second nut member 5 from above and below, respective chuck pieces 6 are displaced to the outside in the radial direction, and respective outer peripheral surfaces press and hold an upper end part inner peripheral surface of the steel pipe pile P. When separating the first nut member 3 and the second nut member 5 by reversely rotating the screw shaft 2, the respective chuck pieces 6 are displaced to the inside in the radial direction by energization force of an elastic ring 9, and open the steel pipe pile P.
【課題】 鋼管杭の把持・開放動作を回転駆動軸の回転操作のみで確実に行うことができる、構造が簡単で耐久性があり且つ製作コストの安い、鋼管杭のチャック装置を提供する。【解決手段】 ねじ軸2の上端部を鋼管杭回転圧入装置の回転駆動軸に連結し、鋼管杭Pの上端に受け座4を押し当てた状態でねじ軸2を回転し、第1のナット部材3と第2のナット部材5を上下から接近させると、各チャック片6は半径方向外側に変位し、それぞれの外周面が鋼管杭Pの上端部内周面を押圧して把持する。また、ねじ軸2を逆転して、第1のナット部材3と第2のナット部材5を離間させると、各チャック片6は、弾性リング9の付勢力によって半径方向内側に変位して鋼管杭Pを開放する。【選択図】 図10
